1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website geiteglobal.com ("the Site") operated by Global Elevated International for Training & Excellence ("GEITE," "we," "us," or "our") and your participation in GEITE's training, consultancy, and advisory programmes. By accessing the Site or registering for a programme, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Programme Registration & Fees
Registration for any GEITE programme is subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Fees, schedules, and delivery formats displayed on the Site are indicative and may be updated from time to time. A formal invoice and confirmation will be issued upon registration. Full payment terms will be communicated at the point of enrolment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
GEITE reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator availability, or circumstances beyond our control. Where GEITE cancels a session, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid for that session. Cancellation requests by participants should be made in writing to info@geiteglobal.com; refund eligibility will depend on how far in advance notice is given, as communicated at registration.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including course materials, curricula, branding, text, graphics, and the "GEITE" name and logo — is the property of GEITE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Course materials provided during training are for the personal use of registered participants and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without GEITE's written consent.
5. Certification
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet the attendance and, where applicable, assessment requirements of a given programme, as determined by GEITE.
6. Limitation of Liability
GEITE provides training and advisory content in good faith and based on professional expertise, but makes no warranty that outcomes for any individual organization will match examples or case studies discussed. GEITE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in a programme, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms). GEITE is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
